Blessings into your holiday season.

As the swiftly shifting realities of the year 2020 are drawing to a close ... I am curious what are you experiencing in this moment?

Joy... Grief... Hope... Uncertainty... Possibility...

Perhaps cycling through most of these feelings and more on the regular these days?

Remember to hold sacred all of your practices and connections; surrendering to and exploring the depths of that which is stirring these emotions.  They are arising for a reason; and perhaps now is the time to really feel, acknowledge, honor and transmute them.  The astrology right now is creating fertile grounds for new paradigms in our lives and in our collective experience.  We have a potent opportunity to work with the energies, if we so choose.

In tending to our well-being, it is also integral that we immerse in the sanctity of the season.  Allow yourself to open to indulging in beloved traditions of the season, while also being courageous in creating new rituals to evolve with the times we are living in,  And, from time to time be sure to:  Pause ~ Breathe ~ and Take it ALL in.
